one vibro-spreader with interchangeable baskets can work on various capacities of mineral fertilizers from 5 to 35 t/h for static vibroprillers and from 30 to 200 t/h for rotating vibroprillers;
materials are selected in such a way that provide a maximum service life of more than 10 years;
dust formation during granulation is minimized and does not pollute the environment.

Today Grace vibroprillers are operated in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Algeria, Serbia, Bulgaria, India, Turkey, Romania, Poland. Our customers are most of the enterprises of the domestic chemical complex producing prilled mineral fertilizers.
In order to ensure efficiency in the warranty and post-warranty periods, the Company performs the following work:
design development and all types of calculations;
selection and testing of materials;
quality control at all stages of manufacturing;
bench tests for all vibroprillers in the presence of the Customer in all modes corresponding to the operating modes;
delivery and installation supervision;
full-scale tests on the Customer’s tower according to the program agreed with the Customer;
service work in the warranty and post-warranty period at the first request of the Customer;
supply of spare parts at the first request of the Customer;
training of Customer’s specialists - operating technology, assembly-disassembly, revision, installation-dismantling.
